1. Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User" or "Member") of the hi baji platform and all services under it. By creating an account, logging in or using any service on hi baji, the user is considered to have read, understood and agreed to all of these Terms.

hi baji is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides cricket betting, sports betting, casino games, slots and live casino services for Bangladeshi users. All activities on this platform are governed by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to register on hi baji and participate in any betting or gaming activity. If an underage person registers or uses the service, their account will be closed at any time and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, hi baji reserves the right to close them and freeze the balances. All information provided at registration must be true and accurate.

2.3 Identity Verification

hi baji may request a national identity card, passport or other documents at any time to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. If provided information is found to be false, the account will be permanently closed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on hi baji can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Funds will be credited to the account once the deposit is processed.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this may take longer if identity verification is pending or in complex situations.

3.3 Payment Precautions

• Transactions using third-party accounts are prohibited.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on hi baji receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Other Promotions

hi baji runs various promotional offers from time to time, including the weekly hi baji Recharge Festival (30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x), the hi baji Slots Bonus (50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25x) and the Cricket Season Special Offer (40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000, wagering 20x). Each offer has its own terms and conditions.

4.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time; read the terms of each offer separately.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• If misuse or manipulation of the bonus system is found, the account will be closed and the bonus cancelled.
• hi baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All odds and betting lines on hi baji are provisional and subject to change. Once a bet is accepted as final, the platform sends a confirmation message. If no confirmation is received, the bet is considered not accepted.

5.2 Erroneous Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed for any reason, hi baji reserves the right to cancel the bet or recalculate it at the correct odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned. Abnormal winnings resulting from human or technical error may be voided.

5.3 Cancelled or Suspended Events

If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the specified time, the related bets are generally cancelled and stakes returned. For multi-bets, the cancelled selection may be removed and the bet recalculated with the remaining selections.

• In live betting, odds change instantly as the game situation changes.
• Delays in bet processing caused by internet disconnection are the user's responsibility.
• If unusual betting patterns are identified, hi baji may review the account.
• If a technical fault occurs during a casino game, the round in question may be cancelled and the stake returned.

6. VIP Program and Weekly Cashback

6.1 VIP Tiers

The hi baji VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Users can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and participation. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

6.2 Weekly Cashback Rates

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses

Cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. Once cashback is credited to the account, it can be withdrawn without any wagering requirement, though hi baji may change this policy at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hi baji and, if proven, will result in permanent account closure:

• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial means
• Unauthorised interference with the platform's software or gaming systems
• Using the platform for illegal funds or money laundering
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Contacting others with the intent to defame hi baji or defraud users

7.2 Account Closure Process

hi baji reserves the right to close any account without prior notice if evidence of a Terms violation is found. Whether the legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) of a closed account is returned will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

8. Privacy, Security and Data Protection

• Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

8.2 Use of Data

12. Applicable Law and General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

12.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that part will be disregarded and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

hi baji's liability for direct or indirect losses is limited. The user bears ultimate responsibility for any loss arising from use of the platform. Betting and gaming are inherently risky and the user accepts this risk voluntarily.
